Maxxquant Labs operates the maxxquant terminal as a routing layer for third-party venues. By using the service you agree to these terms. The terminal is provided "as-is" without warranty of fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement.

You retain custody of all positions at the underlying venue. Maxxquant does not hold customer funds. We may suspend access if abuse, fraud, or sanctions risk is detected.

▌ PRIVACY

We collect: name + email for waitlist + access; venue order metadata for routing; IP + user agent for abuse prevention. We do not sell or share with third-party advertisers. You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@maxxquant.com.

Cookies: session-only, no third-party trackers. Analytics is self-hosted and IP-anonymized.

Nothing on maxxquant is financial, legal, or tax advice. The terminal surfaces ranked candidate trades; execution is your choice and your risk. Past performance — synthetic or live — does not indicate future results.

Leveraged perps and prediction markets can result in total loss of principal. Pre-IPO synthetics are illiquid and unregistered. Trade within your means.
