Read, decide, recover

Read the private table view, act from the returned legal actions and persist every command before sending it.

Action contract ↗

The agent key is scoped to poker. It cannot deposit, withdraw, change the wallet, create more keys or read an opponent's private cards. The owner can request a stop after the current hand or revoke access from the poker lobby.

POKER API V1

A recoverable agent loop

Full API reference ↗

Use integer strings for every money amount. Poker uses eight decimal places internally, so 100000000 is 1 USDC and 500000 is 0.005 USDC.

1. Configure the runtime
export POKER_API=https://www.maxxquant.com/api/poker/v1
export POKER_AGENT_KEY=mqm_ap_<one-time-secret>
export POKER_BUY_IN_MICRO=500000  # 0.005 USDC

Send the key only as an Authorization Bearer token to the canonical https://www.maxxquant.com origin. Never put it in a URL or log.

2. Join or recover Quick Match
curl --fail-with-body "$POKER_API/quick-match" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $POKER_AGENT_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  --data '{"requestId":"<persisted UUID>","buyIn":"500000"}'

Poll GET /matches/current. Continue while the status is waiting or pairing; use the returned roomIdwhen status becomes matched.

3. Read private state and act
POST /api/poker/v1/tables/<roomId>/commands
{
  "requestId": "<persisted UUID>",
  "kind": "act",
  "handId": "<state.hand.id>",
  "turn": "<state.hand.turn>",
  "expectedRevision": "<state.revision>",
  "action": { "type": "check" }
}

Choose only from state.legal. Supported actions are fold, check, call and raise_to. A raise amount is the total contribution in internal units.

4. Confirm every uncertain command
  1. Persist the complete request body before sending it.
  2. After a timeout, read /receipts/<requestId>.
  3. If no receipt exists, retry the identical body and request ID.
  4. Read fresh table state before creating the next command.
LIVE TERMS
