A little help getting started

I don’t have a wallet

A wallet app holds your crypto and confirms payments. MaxxQuant supports MetaMask and Phantom. Create a wallet using the provider’s official app, then return here to connect. Keep your recovery phrase private; MaxxQuant never needs it.

I don’t have USDC on Base
  1. Open your wallet’s receive screen and select the Base network.
  2. Use a wallet or exchange that supports native USDC withdrawals on Base. Choose USDC as the token and Base as the withdrawal network.
  3. Send it to your own connected wallet address. You also need ETH on Base for the deposit’s network fee.
  4. Return here, check your wallet funds, and create your MaxxQuant deposit.

USDC on another network and USDbC are different assets for this deposit flow. Do not send funds directly from an exchange to the casino: this flow deposits from your connected wallet.

Buying or transferring crypto may have provider fees and availability restrictions. Review those details with your provider.

Why do I need ETH if I’m depositing USDC?

USDC is your deposit amount. ETH on Base pays the separate network fee for sending it. ETH held on another network cannot pay this fee. Signing in is free; approving a deposit moves money and has a network fee.

We check an estimate when possible. Your wallet shows the final fee before you approve.

My deposit hasn’t arrived

Return with the same wallet and browser, then use Refresh status on the saved deposit. If a wallet prompt is still open, finish or cancel it there. An uncertain result does not mean the transfer failed, so do not send it again.

“Available to play” means MaxxQuant has confirmed the funds can be used. Withdrawals may remain locked until final confirmation. If the status says a review is needed, keep the transaction link and deposit details for support.
